These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Weldfactor website at
www.weldfactor.com and your engagement with our fabrication and
installation services. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or
commissioning any work. By proceeding with an enquiry, accepting a quotation, or making a
payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the
Customer") and Weldfactor ("the Company", "we", "us"), a fabrication business registered and
operating in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These terms apply to all services offered under
the Weldfactor brand, whether engaged in person, via phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our
website.
If you are engaging our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and
warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Your continued use
of our website or services following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of
the revised version.
Weldfactor provides custom steel fabrication, supply, and on-site installation services for

residential bungalows, gated communities, commercial properties, and industrial

architectural or structural steel requirements.
- Grills & Safety Doors: Window grills, ventilation grills,

All products are custom-fabricated to client specifications and site measurements. Weldfactor
reserves the right to decline any order or enquiry that it determines to be outside its
technical capacity or not commercially viable.
All quotations issued by Weldfactor are based on measurements, design requirements, and
material specifications provided or agreed during the site survey or consultation. The
following conditions apply:
- Quotations are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue unless
otherwise stated in writing.
- A quotation does not constitute an acceptance of order. An order is confirmed only upon
receipt of the advance payment specified in the quotation and written confirmation from
Weldfactor.
- Any changes to design, material, dimensions, or scope of work after order confirmation
may result in a revised quotation and adjusted timelines.
- Weldfactor reserves the right to revise pricing if there are significant fluctuations in
raw material costs between the date of quotation and commencement, with prior notice to
the customer.
- Site-specific complexities identified during installation may be quoted separately and
will require customer approval before proceeding.
Standard payment terms for all Weldfactor projects are structured as follows unless a
different schedule is agreed in writing:
- Advance Payment — 50%: Due prior to commencement of fabrication and
procurement of materials.
- Pre-Installation Payment — 40%: Due before the installation team
mobilises to the site.
- Balance Payment — 10%: Due upon completion of installation and
handover, before Weldfactor's team departs the site.
Weldfactor does not accept post-dated cheques as advance payment. All payments must be
made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) or cash. No work will be commenced or continued
until applicable payment milestones are met.
Delayed payments beyond the agreed schedule may result in suspension of work. Interest may be
levied on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month from the due date.
Weldfactor will provide a projected timeline for fabrication and installation at the time of
order confirmation. The following conditions govern our delivery and installation
commitments:
- Timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, workshop loading,
weather conditions, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any material
delays promptly.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready and accessible for
installation on the agreed date — including completion of any civil work, wall chasing,
or structural preparation required prior to our visit.
- If site access is denied or the site is not ready on the scheduled date, Weldfactor
reserves the right to reschedule and may levy a rescheduling charge to cover transport
and mobilisation costs.
- Risk of damage to installed products passes to the customer upon completion and sign-off
of installation.
- Weldfactor is not liable for delays caused by third-party civil contractors, delayed
possession of premises, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
Weldfactor stands behind the quality of its workmanship and materials. Our standard warranty
terms are as follows:
- Workmanship Warranty: All fabrication and installation work carries a
1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation, covering
defects attributable to fabrication quality or installation errors.
- Motorisation & Hardware: Motorised components such as gate
operators, shutter motors, and associated electronics carry the manufacturer's warranty
(typically 1 year), which we facilitate on the customer's behalf.
- Surface Finish: Paint, powder coating, and surface treatment are
warranted against peeling or blistering for 6 months under normal
environmental exposure conditions.
The warranty is void if products are subjected to misuse, unauthorised modification,
accident, neglect, or damage from external forces. Normal wear and surface oxidation in
coastal or high-humidity environments are not covered under warranty.
For warranty claims or post-installation support, contact us at +91 99457 01626 or support@weldfactor.com
within the warranty period.
As all Weldfactor products are custom-fabricated to your specific measurements and design
requirements, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of order confirmation and before any
material procurement or fabrication has commenced will be subject to a 10%
administrative charge of the total order value.
- Cancellations after material procurement has begun will result in forfeiture of the
advance payment as it covers raw material costs already incurred.
- Cancellations after fabrication has commenced will require settlement of all material
and labour costs incurred to that point, in addition to the advance already paid.
- Design or specification changes after fabrication has commenced may not be possible.
Where feasible, they will require a revised quotation and may result in additional
charges.
Weldfactor does not offer cash refunds for work already performed. In exceptional
circumstances, credit towards future work may be offered at the Company's sole discretion.

loss of revenue, loss of business, or property damage caused by factors beyond our
